  Yes, I am a compromiser.  A very stubborn and idealist compromiser which often finds me at odds with others especially bosses.  Work is work.  It has a set of guidelines that must be followed no matter who you are.  I can't bend that wall.  However, instead of trying to change the greater world of my office, I need to change how I see that world and adjust my attitudes.  In order to make change in the greater world, I must first make the changes in me.  Compromise!  Seek to do my daily tasks to the very best of my ability, be pleasant to others at all times and stop kicking against the bricks.  Change comes in its own way and time.  Patience must be my teacher.  Blessings.  zera
